1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
For hygiene and safety reasons, braces that show signs of wear may not be eligible for return.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used or worn braces
- Final sale or clearance items
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before sending it back.
3. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return:
- Email us at info@actionbracing with your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for return authorization and instructions.
- Ship the item back to the address provided.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as they may not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will be notified via email of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are:
- Defective
- Damaged upon arrival
- Incorrect item received
If you need an exchange, contact us at info@actionbracing.com within 7 days of delivery and include photos if applicable.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include your order number
- Provide clear photos of the item and packaging
We will review and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company — it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank for processing updates.

9. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12–24 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
