1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During high-volume periods (sales, product launches, holidays), processing times may be slightly extended.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

If there is a delay with your order, we will notify you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Domestic Shipping (Within Canada)

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

3. Shipping Carriers

We partner with reliable carriers such as:

UPS
FedEx
DHL

Carrier selection may vary depending on destination and shipping method.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

5. Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship internationally.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. If your package arrives damaged:

1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Provide photos of the damaged packaging and product.
3. We will review and assist you with a replacement or claim.

If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, please check with neighbours or your local carrier first.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an order is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.

8. Shipping Delays

While we aim to deliver within estimated timeframes, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier issues
  • Weather conditions
  • Incorrect address details
