Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Worn or used braces are not eligible for return (for hygiene reasons)

How to Start a Return

Email us at info@actionbracing.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method after inspection

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right.
