Returns

Eligibility Window:
Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale Items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

Faulty or Damaged Items:

Size or Color Exchange:

Care Instructions — Össur Rebound Cartilage Knee Brace

Hand wash only with mild soap and lukewarm water. Do not machine wash or tumble dry. Remove all metal components and hinges before cleaning where possible. Air dry completely away from direct heat or sunlight before wearing. Do not use bleach, solvents, or harsh detergents as these will damage the materials. Store at room temperature away from extreme heat or cold. Inspect straps, buckles, and hinges regularly for signs of wear. Follow your clinician's prescribed ROM settings and do not adjust the hinge stops without professional guidance.
